Clean, comfortable, and safe. Great location next to the subway, buses, and ferries. We only used Uber to/from the airport. Everything was very walkable.

It was a tricky start, booking in May to get a premium bunk room, only to check in and be told it was no longer available. We were given a queen room, but still charged for the premium bunk. Luckily, the front desk was understanding of the situation and gave us a free separate queen room for my friend. This worked out fine because the room was smaller than we thought. Overall, nice place, but wish the room issue would've been notified sooner. Also the LED lights were a nice touch, giving the room a vibey look.

This is an AWESOME hotel!! Their beds, pillows, bed linens abd comforter were wonderful!!! Soft, cozy and so relaxing at the end of a ling day of touring!!! My grandson loved the bunk over my queensize bed! It was perfect!!!

We asked for an exception to the refund policy (I paid extra to make it refundable) and when my 79 year old dad tried to get a refund (two days before he was supposed to check in) yotel said no. I paid extra for the ability to have it refundable and unfortunately we were outside the date for a refund. Expedia requested an exception, and they said no. It was an $800 room. My poor dad.
