There was a two inch gap under the room door!! So big you could see the daylight coming in!! We had to put a blanket around the door to keep cool air in!

I did not have a stay in your property. I only had a terrible phone experience. First of all I did not understand the clerk,. She rattled on so fast it was very upsetting. She never slowed down to be of any help to me. She never said nor did we talk about refunds etc. I cancelled my reservation still while she was going on about something, because I was not getting any help from her. She booked a room far more then any on your web site. And sent me a confirmation of over $200 dollars!!! This was charged on my charge card! I was totally intimidated. A terrible experience. In all my travels I have never been in such a situation. I will not pay this. I was treated badly. And I will never stay at any Wyndham, ever. I will proceed to fight to get a refund which I should get without a hassle. I never agreed to any refund policy or anything else. Your clerk is way out of line. I am leaving today and will return on the 25th.

Room was very clean and staff were extremely nice. it's very close to restuarants and shopping if needed. Would Stay again at this hotel if we every needed to stay in Bowling Green again.

Clean and welcoming lobby. Staff was great. The breakfast was pitiful. Waffle maker, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, bananas, juice, coffee. Would like to have had some protein! Needs improvement on the breakfast selections for sure! Towels need replacing. Our wash clothes were obviously old. Thin, brownish-white and tears. We found roaches crawling in our bathroom. It was an acceptable stay for one night but we will not return.
