Property is beautiful but my room was disgusting. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Popcorn and the tops of strawberries on the floor, toilet looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag and layers of dust on everything. Looked like it was last cleaned in 1980 with its last remodel.

This property is beautiful! The staff were amazing. The rooms are old and dusty. Our window was broken. We were on the 3rd floor above something that made noise all night. The restaurant is a mess. I don’t understand why it took so long to seat people. Slow service. The food was not worth the price they were charging. Very unfortunate. They have a lot of work they need to do at this property.

This was one of our first couple trips now that my husband has retired. We loved staying at the Chateau. It is a beautiful place to stay and the staff is so pleasant. The scenery is truly a great part of Gods creation. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again. Thank you so much

We only stayed here one night, so we didn't get to explore it much. It has a really pretty lobby and community areas. Brochure says it has hiking trails outside but it was rainy while we were there. The room was cleaner than most hotels, but price is reflective of that. The bathroom sink water pressure was terrible, at one point just trickling out. Thankfully the shower had good water pressure. I never understand why hotels no longer have bathroom fans, the mirrors and everything in the bathroom steams up and has to be wiped off with a towel after you shower. The lighting in the bathroom was fine, but the lighting at the sink by the bed (weird set up) was not as good. All in all, we would stay here again, but if it was more than a night, we would have complained about the sink water pressure. My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible service and breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to Jake, who took care of us our first night—he went above and beyond to make our evening special. Every detail of our stay was top-notch, from the excellent food to the cozy room with a view. Can’t recommend this place enough for a truly rejuvenating escape.
