-Enjoy our luxurious 2100 sqft condo with 2 car garage. This unit is only a block from the clubhouse. There are no steps from the garage to the main floor/master bedroom. This Condo was newly remodeled in 2016, located in the fabulous Pointe Royale resort. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is chock full of amenities.

-Start with our stunning great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wet bar and 55” HD Smart Tv.

-The master bedroom, which is on the main floor, boasts a beautiful and very comfortable king size bed, 43” flat screen and en suite bath with huge walk in shower, double bowl sinks with waterfall faucets, jetted Jacuzzi tub, and large walk in closet. This master also leads to the beautiful spacious deck.

-Walk downstairs and you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with 43” flat screen T.V and walk in closet. This bedroom is also attached to the full bathroom.

-The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with 43” flat screen T.V and large closet. There is also a patio from the walk out lower level.

-The kitchen is fully appointed to prepare a gourmet meal with granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Have your meal in the dining area (seating for 6) or at the breakfast bar which seats 3.

-This condo includes spacious laundry room with full size washer/dryer and free high speed Wi-Fi.

-The Pointe Royale community provides gated access with 24 hour security to ensure the tranquility and peace of mind that families want when away from home. Enjoy the golf, tennis, and pool facilities while at Pointe Royale and then when you’re ready for Branson, it’s a quick five minute drive to the center of all the attractions.

Wonderful place close to everything in Branson.
Great home to stay in at Branson for our family of 4 adults and 3 children 10 and under. Plenty of room to spread out, didn't feel cramped at all. Large yard for the kids to play in. The house was well furnished with ample equipment in the kitchen and plenty of clean linens. Having a two-car garage was plus. It would have been nice to have some child friendly dishes and drinking glasses. The dishes provided were great for adults (nice heavy stoneware) but not great for kids. The glasses were great for adults, but no plastic glasses available for the kids. We were not given a code for the garage door to use, so we just reprogramed it to match the door code, that was easy and could have been done for us. Other than those little glitches, it was great!! We would stay there again!!

The location is very nice. We have stayed at Pointe Royale for years and even had a condo there until we outgrew it. A couple of things that would be nice to see is a faster check in process. Unfortunately when there is one man at the guard shack the line can get backed up so it can be a slower process depending on the time of year. That falls on the resort though, not the owner. The owner made everything easy with the keyless entry once we got to the unit. Although we brought our own just in case, it would have also been nice to have soap and/or shampoo in the bathrooms. There was hand soap in pumps at all of the sinks, just not shower essentials. Again, it is hit and miss for this to be available in some places unless you are at a hotel, but nice to know ahead of time.

This condo has a wonderful setup. It's our second time to stay here. We carried my grandma who stayed upstairs with the walk in shower. It was perfect for her since she could access everything she needed upstairs. She did wish the toilet was taller though. The rest of the family stayed downstairs and everything was clean and super cute! I love everything about this property!!! We will definitely stay again!

The unit is pretty much as advertised but i didn't realize that the 2 bedrooms for the boys were downstairs. I am not ale to go up and down stairs so that was a bit of a problem. There is no workable ice maker or ice cube trays. You have to buy your own ice. I have never run into that before with any vacation rental. They need to fix that. We did report it right away, but we were told to go buy our own ice. The area that the unit is in is very nice. It is a large area and you can get lost easy.
