The Grand Victorian Hotel was great. I would definatly book this hotel again. All the staff did a great job from the front desk for check in to the check out. The staff did a great job ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I have to say the folks that do the breakfast worked hard to keep everyone happy. Service was excellent.

The room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. However, the bed was the most uncomfortable that I’ve ever slept on! The air conditioning unit couldn’t keep up and the room was hot.

Very cool hotel that is old but they made it modern at the same time. Very good service and location is great. We needed to check out early for an emergency and they gave us a refund for the last night. They didn’t have to do that and just shows how good the service was.

Although they had construction in the parking lot waking me A little earlier than my normal wake up time, it did NOT deter me from appreciating what a wonderful place this is. Brianna as receptionist started us off with a WOW we are going to like this place. I loved all the comfortable and quiet sitting areas. This will be my go to place when I come back.
