My Husband and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary, and couldn’t have asked for anything better the staff the cleanliness and the food was amazing. the locality was fantastic just a quick 10min walk and your at the heart of Queenstown. We will definitely be back.

Excellent - i give a score of 10/10. A bit expensive but the room was excellent with modern conveniences and they offered me breakfast at no extra cost - I got here at the same time as there was a music festival so demand for accommodation was high. I would definitely go back there if I had the chance- and Queenstown is just beaut! The snowfields so close!

We stayed in a standard room view. The room was very clean and modern, with a good TV - we appreciated the Chromecast. We weren't sure how to figure out the bathroom fan (couldn't find a switch anywhere) so the bathroom situation felt a little too intimate. A shame that there were roadworks right outside the window which meant we weren't able to enjoy the view comfortably, but not the hotel's fault. The buffet breakfast was excellent - really great choice and very convenient. Staff were lovely.

Great breakfast spread included. Loaded up and was good till dinner time. Gym was good for me but very limited. Walkable, but on a hill. Easy down but need to be fit for walking back up. Short but fairly steep incline. Everything was clean, modern. Lockers for skis , snowboards and boots ( with boot dryers). Single room was fine for one. Could feel a bit tight with two. Odd frosted glass shower and toilet right next to bed could make some couples uncomfortable. I was solo and very comfortable in the room.

The property was nice and close to the town to walk. The staff were friendly and it was a great atmosphere to be in.

We were disappointed with our room. For some reason we were given a room for disabled persons. The bathroom had a shower curtain around the shower area, (no shower screen) and a tiny single basin, (no vanity) with absolutely nowhere to put toothbrushes, toiletries, hair dryer etc. we took the ironing board into the bathroom, covered with a towel, so that we had somewhere to place our necessary bathroom items. There was also no way we were able to adjust the room temperature, and it was far too warm overnight. We struggled to get a decent nights’ sleep in our overheated room for five nights. Would not stay there again. 😩
