Penthouse View in the HEART of Branson!!!

This beautiful 2 level penthouse condo is located in the Thousand Hills Grand Legacy. We are centrally located right in the heart of Branson, just a block from the 76 Strip. The elevator being just steps from our door makes this penthouse a walk-in. You walk into a beautiful open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy eating in the dining room or in the sunroom overlooking Thousand Hills golf course. The home is a 3 bedroom & 3 bath unit, with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main level and the third bedroom & bath located upstairs & private. We also have a Queen sleeper sofa. Our condo will accommodate 8 comfortably.

We do not have access to a swimming pool.

The location is perfect! We shopped until we dropped and relaxed in the evenings at the condo. The Italian restaurant across the street was convenient and delicious!! We all agree this is our new go to annual accommodation!

Super place!
Located in heart of Branson just off from the strip. Close to all the shows, and dining, shopping, etc. Very nice with 3br AND 3bath!! Bonus was a nice sunroom! Large kitchen and plenty of room for a large family! I would definitely book this property again!!

Lovely Home
We come to Branson twice a year and have stayed in a few different condos. This is our new favorite! There is an elevator which made it so easy to get our luggage to and from our vehicle. The rooms were all very clean and the furniture/decor seem to be very new. The beds are very comfy. You can tell that the hosts really put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. There were lots of extras that I haven’t seen in other condos. And the hosts are very responsive and helpful. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay for future trips.

This property was exactly what we needed. It was so clean and easy to get to. It’s convenient to everything on the strip. We never needed the managers because they sent all the info thru email and anything else was listed in a book at the condo. There were only two things we would change, and it is just cause we are used to a certain way of sleeping. The master bed was very firm. We prefer a softer bed, but they can’t make everyone happy. We just ran to Walmart and got a pillow top. Second, we like it super cold when we sleep so we had every fan going that they supplied. We also brought 3 fans from home cause we know we usually need them. But again those are personal preferences. They supplied a fan for each room. We will stay again at this condo.

Our Favorite Place To Stay In Branson
We go to Branson every year. We have stayed many different places. This is by far our favorite. This was our second year and once again it did not disappoint. It is very clean and they have everything we need. We love the location. It takes us just minutes to get to our favorite places and shows. We will be staying there again in the fall. Highly recommend!

Christmas meet-up
We chose Branson as a middle point to meet up with our grown children. The layout of this condo was so great for that, and let each couple have their own bath. The bedrooms were not right next to each other, and then there were three areas to hang out: dining, living, and sunroom. It worked so well. We loved being right in town, and this condo had the best supplied kitchen I’ve seen! Cookie sheets, muffin pans….great for Christmas cookies. Everyone was so happy with the condo, I got major points for choosing it 😉.

Wonderful Branson Condo
This condo couldn't have been more perfect. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The check in process was a breeze, and they had plenty of parking. There are luggage carts and an elevator, so unpacking was easy. We had plenty of room for 6 adults, a 4 year old, and 2 one year olds. The condo was baby proofed with corner protectors and covers on the stove, so that was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, and it was a quiet condo. It is very centrally located. We have nothing but good things to say and couldn't have enjoyed it more!

Great Place to Stay
Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location making it easy to get to the various attractions and events we went to in Branson. The condo was very clean, up to date, spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their private bedroom but also there was a very nice gathering place in the game room/sun room area.
