The pictures used to promote this hotel were not pictures of that hotel. I will be making a formal complaint and expect a full refund. I did not stay at this hotel. After seeing the condition I immediately went to the front desk and requested a refund. The clerk told us we needed to contact Expedia. Who created the advertisement for this facility on Expedia use pictures from my establishment. This place is completely fraudulent.

Not worth the money.
Room smelled like 10 packs of cigeretts were smoked in there at once even though said non smoking and the sink was clogged with disgusting water. Had to brush teeth in the shower.

The place is very bare bones. The carpets and drapes are so old plus whatever cleaning supplies they use and the rooms stink. They’re reasonably clean where it’s important but the business is tough to handle. The pool is great snd the reason to stay there, but also a bare bones operation. The breakfast runs out an hour before the end so that's a bit ridiculous too, especially when the proprietor told me that at is he had no power over it. Very odd. If you know that be sure to make more.

Couldn't understand the staff. The refrigerator and hair dryer didn't work. The room had a weird odor. The wall unit for air conditioning and heat made a weird noise. The people next to us were slamming doors. The outside of the place looked old and run down. The location was sketchy. Homeless people standing on the street begging for money. We would never stay there again.Mostly fast food places to eat by the Motel. I uninstalled your app. We were very disappointed.

The room we were given was terrible. From the moment we opened the door, we were met buy a strong urine smell. Following that, we clearly observed that the mattresses on both beds were extremely lumpy and thin. We have never done this before, but we decided immediately that we should not stay there. We went back to the office, explained the problems, returned the room keys, and left. If other rooms are like this, it does not deserve any more than one star. Maybe none.
