LOCATION – The exclusive Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge is the perfect location to get away from it all while still being close to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. This property is approximately three and a half miles from Main Street and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless hiking and biking trails.

AMENITIES – There are two spacious master bedrooms, one on each level, with two additional bedrooms located on the lower level. The upper level offers a large deck off of the living and dining area that is great for entertaining in the summer with a large natural gas grill. The lower living area includes access to the private patio and hot tub, to relax and warm up after a busy day on the mountain.

Great Place
We have an annual family picnic in Breck and over the years our little family has grown so we’ve rented various houses. This was the best. Very clean, plenty of room for everyone, and plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and toys. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, with plenty of counter space for multiple cooks. Beds were comfortable. We’d like to stay here again.

The house was beautiful and the view was great. The bedrooms each with bathrooms worked great for 3 couples. There were a few small things that could use a little maintenance, nothing major. The main thing keeping this review at 4 stars is that both of the master bedrooms did not have windows covering for the patio/deck doors. While this offered beautiful views from bed including deer one morning, it is not ideal if you are wanting to sleep in past 6 am.

This house is wonderful! It has all the comforts of home. We were a group of 9 plus an infant. Everyone had plenty of room to hangout. Kitchen was fully equipped. The beds are cozy with amazing views. The location was great only a short drive to the mountain. Loved the neighborhood. A very well maintained property. Can’t wait to come back.

Property size and location were great for five couples’ late September gathering. House condition was very disappointing upon entry. Broken oven, no heat, missing items. A screen door was leaning against a dresser, screws and bolts lying on furniture/floor, and chairs shoved against fireplace. Poor first impression and had to spend vacation time addressing issues

Overall, a great spot for large groups
Overall, we had a great time at Pine Needle. The house itself is absolutely stunning and in a wonderful, serene location. We particularly enjoyed the views and ability to go on scenic walks during our stay. It is also just a quick drive into town. The house is completely stocked with everything you might need and was very clean. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the oven, refrigerator, and bathtub all broke during our short stay. We were notified that the oven was broke 30 mins before check-in and were told that "they just found out." We later learned that this was a recurring issue that just hadn't been taken care of. Additionally, the fridge completely broke on day 2, causing our group of 14 to use a mini fridge and ultimately throw out a large amount of food. The management company offered a small amount of compensation, but did not seem terribly concerned that our family vacation had been interrupted almost every day that we were there. Unfortunately, we would probably not book another property with Pinnacle Lodging due to this experience.

Fantastic House in great location
We rented this house for 3+ weeks in August - It was great - kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of room for everyone, quiet neighborhood yet close to Breck. Having owned a rental in the mountains previously - the mgmt team is integral and this team was very responsive both before and after the rental period began. We also had the opportunity on multiple occasions to see moose, deer, and a fox in the "back yard". Golf, hiking, biking, shopping, and great selection of dining options available in Breckenridge. Looking forward to returning to this wonderful community.

Perfect Home for a Large Group
We booked this home for 12 people through the New Years. We received the access code and directions right at 4:00 which was a little bit uneasy and concerning as we were driving in from out of state. But one we got the code and information it was smooth sailing. Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. We watched movies, cooked, played board games and got in the hot tub a few times. They have sleds as well so you don’t have to bring yours. Recommend for large groups.

Great location, could use decluttering and extensive cleaning
Great location and a good floor plan. Home could use an extensive cleaning such as cleaning the carpets and area rugs. Foyer area rug has stains on it. Many kitchen items such as baking pans and cookie sheets need to be replaced as they are very, very well used. There were workers at the home while we were there expanding the driveway, which was inconvenient when they were pouring rock on the driveway. The hammock and hot tub are nice and the home is private. The yard could use TLC and maintenance as it is very unkept. We felt the home is very cluttered and everywhere we turned there was a piece of furniture or a knick knack. We would stay here again, just hopeful the house would be decluttered and flooring professionals cleaned.
