I didn’t like having to wait 45mins to be able to check in when I called to make sure the room was available which it wasn’t. Having a drink spilt over you and no apology or offer to assist with cleaning up.

Hi there, When arrived,I liked it and I extended my stay. Soon after, I realized that it was not a good idea! The receptionists did not communicate well about me staying longer.
