Shockingly bad
Asking me for a review on my stay genuinely feels like an extra kick in the balls after totally ruining my weekend. I booked this lodge on Monday night for Friday night and after placing the booking. You guy’s decided to take £72 for a service you totally failed to provide and this is actually the first time I’ve heard from you since I booked the lodge. Tried calling a couple of times and I decided to just wait until Monday morning and get my bank to chase the money down. Because after booking with you and then realising you wasn’t going to provide a service I looked up some reviews and they’re really not great. I’d like some compensation as well as a refund for the money you took from me for yourselves but I won’t hold my breath!
