The double room we booked was tiny. I was not made aware of this when I booked. There was literally around 2 square feet of floor space. There was no window or natural light. You could only access the bed from one side. There was no storage space. It was claustrophobic. If this was a hotel in Hong Kong I would understand the limited space but this was in New Zealand. Accor Hotels should be embarrassed to have this as part of their chain. Despite this the staff were lovely - helpful, friendly and professional.

A little bleach in the sink to get rid of the coffee stains and the hair should have been removed from the drain. Outlets are too close to the counter so adapter wouldn't plus in. Had to move the fridge to access. Breakfast was nice.

This was perfect for what I needed - accommodation for one person in the heart of Christchurch. It was super convenient and very comfortable. But the rooms is tiny - no way could my husband and I have used this as a double room.

Compact rooms well equipped but they save on space to allow cheaper rates. Super modern. Good breakfast buffet to start your day. Breakfast costs more if you pay when you book your room. Buy it when you show up in the morning instead.

Great location though rooms were small and the electrics were terrible. The outlets would only work if you plugged in things at a very specific angle and had to call reception since the lights wouldn’t turn off and they had to bang on the electrical panel to get them to work telling me there were some “electrical faults”. The guy that came to help though was very helpful!

The roof vent in my room made a real loud humming noise. I went to the front desk (with a recording of it) and was given another room straight away plus a free drink for the inconvenience! Second room was awesome. So quiet. Great service. Would definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

The hotel was in a nice area which was nice to be able to walk for food and shopping. The room was clean and my girls loved the bunk beds. The bunk beds were extremely squeaky which could wake you yo at night but overall a great stay.
