Property was not serviced well, chopping board had mould, shower frames were mouldy, broken chair not removed or replaced, oven trays were not cleaned really dirty, there were some suspicious people hanging around the outside of the property. I contacted the property via email attaching photos of my concerns, it took them 5 days to get back to me

What a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. It was equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay. I especially loved starting and ending the day on the balcony gearing up for the day with coffee or unwinding from the day with a glass of wine and watching the city lights come alive as night fell. I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is lovely and located conveniently for accessing the city, South Bank, and West End. My only complaint was the television, the wifi, and the shower head. The television crashed repeatedly. It runs Android so I was able to download all my usual streaming apps but the internet seemed to drop out constantly. Usually my programming resumed in a few minutes so I assume it was the internet but the TV also froze once and needed to be turned off at the wall. I did call tech support about the internet and they helped us connect our phones but the connection was terrible. The hower head was dirty, old, and broken so it was very hard to get it to point where we wanted it.

We opted for a city view apartment which was fantastic as Brisbane is beautiful especially at nighttime. Areas for improvement. Housekeeping. I understand that they are probably under the pump however simple checks of the rooms with regards to re-stocking them with necessary items and reporting maintenance issues. The first room we had was flooded by a leaking pipe which they did clean up but failed to see the carpets had been flooded, and did not report the problem to be rectified prior to us arriving. The ceiling exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling, the fridge was unplugged, and benches were not cleaned. Hopefully next time will be better. They did sort us out with another room which was great and as I had forgotten an item in the freezer of the first room, I was able to see that they did attend to the room straightaway after we have left which was good to see.

Great location for attending event at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. The apartment is spacious & has its own parking facilities & nice view from both rooms. Check-in is quick & easy. It was great to receive a phone call the day to confirm arrival time & parking arrangement. Will stay there again!

Unfortunately a miss on this stay.
I can’t fault the staff in general. Very friendly and always accommodating at all 4 times I’ve booked at this hotel, unfortunately this time round the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The couch in my room was absolutely disgusting, with overall dirt discoloration and multiple stains of some kind of fluid. Flipping the pillows to find a cleaner side resulted in finding someone’s socks/ or underwear. A few other issues with edging of floors needed a proper mop and dust on fans but thats only small compared to the state of that couch. Slight little hiccup on Monday with an elevator being out of order and causing chaos and looong wait times to get in and out (some patrons waiting 30mins) but that’s something out of their control do I don’t fault them for that.

Clean and tidy, staff at counter were lovely. let us leave our car there after check out to go get breakfast first and assisted us when leaving to get the car out. Will stay again. Good location and city view is pretty nice too.
