Kennigo staff were helpful and polite. The room and building was clean. It is located within walking distance of the Valley, however walking from there to the hotel at night is probably not tge safest. Excellent underground parking. Great coffee in the cafe.

Great little hotel. Rooms were small but clean. Walkabke area although a little hilly. Great litle cafe downstairs. The only negative was the food from room service which seemed microwaved rather than cooked in an oven/airfryer. Makes for a pretty terrible parma or pizza.

Multiple reasons not to stay here. Staff advise it is not their job to assist with splitting the two single beds that have been pushed together to make a King. The shower cap over the smoke detector is obviously a problem. The shower curtains were filthy. Curtains are hanging off their hooks. Yea and coffee wasn’t refilled from previous patrons. By their own admission it was all a mess. An expensive stay that I would not recommend.

Staff were absolutely lovely and the coffee and food from the cafe was very nice. Only a short walk to the train station and the live music venues in the valley. Very good for the price. Only downside is the see-through bathrooms. If you need to use the bathroom during the night, turning the bathroom light on wakes up whoever is still asleep in bed. Not very private.
