This hotel is fantastic! It is beautiful inside and the location is fantastic. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and the rooms had everything to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in such a historic building - it's in a great location, walkable to the majoriry of attractions, and the "basic double room" was a good size. Only negatives are that the soundproofing wasn't great around our room and some areas were a little dustier than we would've liked. A pleasant stay overall.

Lovely hotel off a side street, easy walk to town
We stayed at this hotel 1 night for our Brugge visit, myself and my 2 adult sons. The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street, still walking distance to town. Very nice bar/tea area on the first floor, we stayed in the family loft room on the 4th floor. The room was cold when we arrived, I guess no one was staying there prior, but we turned the radiators on and it warmed up by night. We asked for extra blankets but the hotel said that was not possible but did bring us an extra portable heater, we appreciated that.

expensive but nice
The room is a bit expensive but comfortable. It is close to the main attractions yet quiet. There are a lot of restaurants near by. The service fee is a bit high. I consumed a can of coke in the fridge and there is a more than $10 service fee in addition to the price of coke.
