The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The area is close to everything and convenient. I booked a standard room and it was nothing like the pics on Expedia. Walls were in poor condition, the room felt dirty. The shower stall was so small you could barely turn around. I felt like I was staying at a hostel. There was left over pizza in foil left in the room. I assume from a previous guest. Would not stay there again.

For us it was overly green. A few more directions would have been nice. Couldn't figure out the lights and did not like that all the electricity was out overnight is you wanted the lights out. Could not charge our phones was the main complaint. Would also have liked to have known in advance that the city centre was a no drive zone from 1pm - 6pm as we had to drive at both those times. Staff was not that helpful in filling out the form to get permission and therefore no fine. Especially since we weren't driving our own vehicle.

We recently stayed in a quadruple room at this hotel and were disappointed. It looked nothing like the pictures and description “charming quadruple”. The room was located in the basement, which already set a negative tone. The small window offered a view of absolutely nothing. The main bedroom was the worst part—it had no window at all and, unbelievably, no air conditioning. It was stifling and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It almost felt like we were being punished for booking through Expedia.

Overview of Bruges
Our room was in the attic ith an overview of Bruges old town towards the sunset. The receptionist was able to accommodate our request for separate beds. The room was spotless, ot too big, but it's enough for an overnight stay. Thanks again for the receptionist and I hope she will have an amazing holiday as she told us it was her last evening before the holiday.

Small room. A/C not working but compensation of complimentary breakfast was accepted. Tea making facility in room would have been welcomed or at least a free facility in reception. Breakfast was basic and the room it was served in looked like a school canteen. Very few staff to restock items or clear tables. The location was excellent
