Location was great, very close to St Stephens and a beautiful Christmas Market was right outside. Was frustrated when, after the Hotels.com stated in their description I could pay in cash with Euros, I had to pay in local currency so had to make a card payment. I would've paid in full at time of booking if this was the case. Then, at departure they were unable to supply an invoice. The showerhead was dirty, advised the desk so hope it was put right. However, overall a nice hotel in good location. Would use again but pay in advance if I can't pay in Euros.

Marvellous hotel to stay in. Perfect location, only minutes walk from the Chain Bridge and St Stephen’s Cathedral. Very clean and comfortable hotel- very modern rooms with lovely decor. A very good, substantial breakfast with a great choice of fresh food. Great value and would stay there again.

The Hotel is nice the breakfast is decent, and it's on the Pest side. But i think it's a bit highly priced for all we got. Not to mention the €80 extra they charged us for 5 extra hours in the room, as we arrived early (Our choice off course but its a bit steep). But before that the repetitionist had said only €30 until a supervisor stepped in and said something in Hungarian and the figure went up €50 amazingly.

I love the location of the hotel. The only downside was I requested for an early check in , they want me to Pay same amount per day. Wth! We are from California, time difference , there should be an exemtion. If the room is ready then why not give it to your guest , they travelled for 15hrs…

3 of us needed a well price option for 1 night at the last minute and we got lucky with this place. We got the 4 bunk bed option, it was clean, spacious, had great dining options in the area, offered a great breakfast and also was well priced.

Decent and great location
Nice hotel just a stone’s throw away from the Cathedral, rooms have a decent size, comfy bed and my favourite “gadget” was the lights on the floor which turn on themselves when they detect a movement, so you don’t have to turn on the big lights at night when you need to go to the loo😆 My floor was very quiet, they seem to place solo travellers away from the families with children - much appreciated!!! Great showers!
