Really helpful reception staff. Having the reception at the top of the building alongside other facilities makes great sense. Only an easy 10 minute walk from Domestic Terminal T2. The 'To Hotels ' signage could be a little clearer and more prominant from outside the terminal and along the route, is my only suggestion.

We never got to the hotel our flight on JetStar from Auckland to Sydney was Canceled 3 hrs before flight JQ202 did not make Sydney till Sunday Rang the hotel to cancel they check that in fact our flight canceled but told need to contact booking agent and also have them cancel before midnight for refund/credit. I sent 3 e mail to Wotif dont seem to have received reply . Please conform you did . Regards Max Earsman
