Beautiful, spacious and comfortable suite. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The staff were friendly and very helpful, great room service pizza and a wonderful location within easy walking distance of St Stephen’s one way and Heroes Square the other. Budapest is an amazing city and we had a wonderful week at this hotel!

Like a home from home, with kitchen, dining room and living room area. Our room had wonderful high ceilings and there was plenty of space for the three of us to hang out. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and then three short stops to the main tourist area. There are plenty of good restaurants in the nearby Oktogon neighbourhood.

We loved everything about our stay here. Our suite was beautiful, clean and roomy. The front desk was helpful with recommendations and friendly. Convenient location close to restaurants, etc. Breakfast was convenient and a good value. We also appreciated the refund of the first night's stay due to rescheduling our flight. Would stay again and recommend.

We stayed with a young child and found it to be perfect. The apartments were well fitted and really clean. The location was great for us, with the main sights within a 30 minute walk. The air con was a bit temperamental but that could’ve been user error! Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Budapest

The hotel has a central location in Budapest that makes it an ideal choice for walking tours of the city . The suites are spacious and are comfortable enough to consider a home away from home . Excellent place , highly recommended after several years of repeat visits .

The rooms are fantastic: clean, well appointed. I wish they gave us more towels, you only get one per person. I also wish the towels were newer, they were not in the best shape. The neighborhood is quite with a few dining options around. Its about a block from the museum of terror and a 20 minute walk to st. Stephen's (which is the tourist center of Pest). The mentro is right outside. Breakfast is not included and will cost you $12, its not the best breakfast so we only tried it once. Next time would stay a just a bit more central.

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed here with our daughter over the holidays and it was a magnificent stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, yet it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet and safe. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Mamaison Residence Izabella!

Very nice property indeed. Would definitely stay again if ever in Budapest. Only complaint is that we got in early and waited almost an entire day to check in. There was no urgency at all to get us settled in before 3 p.m. As it turned out we did not get into our suite until closer to 5 pm.

Stayed here on a city-break. We were put in one of the newly refurbished rooms and were impressed with the large amount of space and overall standard of the accommodation. We did not try breakfast or other meal options, but the kitchen in the apartment was sufficient to make our own breakfast using items bought from the supermarket just down the road. Handily located near to a Metro stop. Great choice if you are visiting Budapest.

Very nice stay. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Trains are loud and can be heard all day and night, although they became white noise eventually. Light sleepers probably won’t like them. Good location. Wish there were extra pillows and blankets. Great wifi.

The Izabella is a great hotel located just off Andrassy Ut with perfect access to the metro and Hero's Square. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff is attentive and seeks to serve. The breakfast is worth the price and is in a pleasant space. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a nice stay in Budapest.

The stack was extremely friendly. Rooms were updated and bathrooms were immaculate. Common areas could use some updates and breakfast (coffee and tea all day was nice) was so so, but very well located and Budapest is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Care! Major Renovations during our stay! Noise!!
Internally, apartment was stunning, but experience marred by squads of builders renovating lower 3 floors on Garden wing. Hammering, sawing and drilling started @ 7.22am so no hope of lazy, quiet start to the day! Work expected to finish early April. Quality of finish and ammenities are however, superb within the apartment. 5**** for that! Exceeded expectations. Izabella's location is excellent, 2 mins from Metro, and only 10 mins into City Centre on variety of buses,trams,metro & trolleybuses running every 2 mins! Hotel breakfast overpriced and Lidl supermarket only 8 mins walk away for freshly baked rolls/ pastries etc. Budapest again excellent for a 3/4 night stay. Prices modest, food quantities and quality both great all over. Pity about being roomed in a building site, though. Otherwise, would have given this a full 5 stars throughout. Just check that you are NOT in their Garden wing for the next 4/6 weeks, if you want some lie-in time before site-seeing!!! I will fully recommend this to friends and family, once the builders are known to have left!!

The hotel relies heavily on staff and business partnerships. The front desk staff is great, especially Anna, who is always busy but is able to pause seamlessly and handle your issues. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hotel is lucky to have her. The food relationship is prompt with good food. Not all the food in Budapest is good. So i used this a lot, pizza, pasta, yum.
