Horrible conditions and staff
We had a terrible experience.
- There was only 1 person at desk checking in and it took forever.
- The shower/tub was gross and it was leaking all night. My children didn’t even want to take a bath.
- There were damages throughout the room. Warped, lifted flooring, baseboards coming off, uneven floors, creaking ceiling.
- One of our children slept on the pull out sofa and we had to request additional bedding for it and got pushback saying the hotel was running low when I asked for 1 more sheet to cover the sofa that felt grimy.
- The flooring was not leveled properly or was uneven so the furniture drawers kept sliding open on their own and would not stay closed. My husband had to stuff napkins under them and in between drawers to keep them from opening.
- The guests in the room above us were up until early hours of the morning moving around and we could hear every movement and step they made, the ceiling was creaking so loud that we barely got any sleep because it sounded like it was going to come down.
We didn’t want to cause issues so we dealt with it until the next morning. My husband went to the front desk in the morning on 10/27/24 and asked if we could please get a refund for the remainder of our stay and check out. The front desk told him yes we could as long as we checked out by 11am. We checked out before 11 and only got refunded for 1 night. General manager didn’t care and said they followed hotel policy so only offered to refund $28.57.
