The room looks great in pictures but close up it was terrible. The electrical had issues with lights flickering and plugs not staying in the power socket. There was no room cleaning for three day says. we ran out of towels, toilet paper and trash cans overflowing. The curtains were ripped and the buildings tilted so all dressers would slide open. Safe provided didn't work, bathroom door didn't lock and the fridge was iced over. The sliding door was stuck cracked open so we could hear all the noise from outside. The only consolation was the location. it was an easy to walk to knott's Berry farm and a bakery.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!
As soon as I arrived I tried to get onto the WiFi and was unable to. I went to the front desk and was met with apathy from the front desk clerk. I asked for a refund so I could go to a hotel that had Wifi and she refused saying only a manger could do that. I contacted Hotels.com and you guys called and she lied and said it was fixed it never was. In the morning I went to the front desk again and the new front desk clerk said she also could not give me a refund and only the manager that doesn't ever work can do that. I contacted Hotels.com again and you guys aid you would handle it by today which also never happened. I want my refund aND i WANT IT NOW!!!!!!

Super nice front desk staff!!
My husband and I were in town for a concert and stayed here for one night. The hotel itself looks like it is in need of an upgrade. The room was clean when we entered. It was at a comfortable temperature which was wonderful coming in from the cold. There was a few hairs in the bathroom; on the floor, in the shower, and on a few of the towels. One of the towels were soiled. Looked like someone used the towel to wipe their makeup off their face :/ bed was clean. Sheets were fresh. No hair on the bed. Staff at the front were super super nice. Very friendly. Housekeeping not so much. It wasn't even 11am and she was knocking on our door wondering when we were going to check out. This hotel is in a perfect location with many things in walking distance. It would be a good place to stay if you have a family. There is ample space for everyone in the room.

Despite one of the lifts being out of order, the hotel was clean for the most part. The rooms and hotel itself was comfortable and had a nice design. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were fine. As stated on the website the restaurant in the courtyard was closed and other areas, however there were plenty of places to eat outside the hotel. The location was in a good area, just a short walk from Knotts Berry Farm. Apart from restaurants nearby there were also places to do your grocery shopping around the corner, such as Walmart, aswell as attractions next door, such as Medieval Times. Across the road opposite, there was a bus stop, where you could catch the Bus to the Disneyland Resort, and it was not too expensive.The price was good for a three star hotel and being in Buena Park, there were an abundance of shopping malls that were not too far to drive. Free parking was at the hotel. The main thing for me was the cleanliness of the room, which was fine. And the area itself had easy access to the highway and public transport added to the appeal. Though we had to to ask for certain things that were missing from the room, such as linen for the sofabed, as well as other supplements that needed replenishing on quite a few occasions, the staff were overall pleasant. Maybe one or two could do with a bit more experience with handling visitors, but I guess that comes with time. But would recommend to others as a convenient place to stay and relax.

When we got our first room the lights and phone were not working. Then we discovered the toilet did not work after first attempt of flushing. We were on the third floor so I had to make my way down to the front desk to inform them of the issue(since phone did not work). They gave us a new room, which I then checked. Everything seemed fine until I discovered a huge roach in the bathroom. I ran back down to front desk and she reached her manager(via phone call). He let her know she could not give out any more rooms and she could attempt to fix the toilet. She tried to fix the toilet and we agreed to go back. We tried the bathroom once more and the toilet handle broke off. At that moment we left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. I took pictures and videos. I highly do not recommend!!!

this hotel is under renovation and most of the second floor they had us on are not even close to done. the elevators are old and scary to the kids. our newly renovated room was clearly not professionally done. lol not even close to a 3 star hotel, more like a 1.5 star hotel. felt like a motel 8
