We came as a group to this property and really enjoyed that they had a lot of different activities for everyone including a spa, recreation classes and a some workout equipment in addition to all the hot springs.

Have stayed in a cliff side unit years ago and was surprised that there haven’t been any recent renovations. Although very spacious, no furniture to relax in and the tv and lighting need to be upgraded. Reception upon arrival was pleasant and check out not warm at all. Pools , facilities and dining were wonderful.

The staff were outstanding. My son needed some first aid supplies and the staff went out of their way to find whay we needed and personnaly brought it up to our cabin (thanks Mike). Only disappointment is that both the sauana and the steam room were inoperable.

Loved the staff. Upgraded to a creekside room. Had white out conditions on the drive, so staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived. It was not crowded and Hot Springs were amazing.

The resort is in one of the best locations you could ask for. We enjoyed the adult section hot springs, especially the smaller pools. The natural springs by the river are very picturesque, but a ladder to access them would be helpful. The restaurant is quite good. However, major issue! The cliffside rooms are extremely outdated and have mice in the walls! The front desk receptionist admitted to it. Why would they even assign guests to rooms like that? We heard these noises (which we recorded on video) throughout the entire night. It was the worst night we’ve ever had—I am not exaggerating. To make matters worse, the customer service was among the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

We absolutely love Mt. Princeton and go as often as we can. We love it best in the winter with just adults and then bring the kids in the summer. Comfortable accommodations always, but this time we rented a cabin for the first time and it was so worth it!

Stayed in the hillside room. Pretty basic but met our needs. Has.a.microwave and mini fridge. The lodge is very nice. The springs are nice and have different levels of heat.

Lovely New Year’s Eve Stay.the staff was wonderful and everything was really clean. We will be back! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars in one area is because the only thing that was kind of concerning was that there were no lights by the small pools where is was icy and you couldn’t see where step into the hot spring pools. Everything else was lovely.

We stayed at a Cliff side in an upper cabins. It was very dirty, sink continue to clogged, they were older cabins so no one really pays attention for cleaning or anything. Constant banging on a wall from the neighbors. The only thing was good is a bar next to the pool the lady that was serving was very nice. I probably will never come back. There’s no robes if you stay on a Cliff so bring your own. Towels are old been used so many times. Shower area is so small and just old.
