The rug in our room was dirty and stained and the cleaning ladies were talking so loud outside our room at 7:30 in the morning and woke my whole family up! I had to open my door and asked them to be quiet because my granddaughter was sleeping and then they looked at me like I was rude!

It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The manager we dealt with at the front desk couldn't have been more lovely of a man! Helpful, funny, and very kind. The beds however were too hard and the way too small pillows were way too soft.

Amazing, comfortable stay.
We stayed overnight to see a Sabres game. Keybank centre was 15 min away from the hotel which was an easy Uber ride. The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful. Recommended us to take Uber instead of risking parking at an overpriced parking lot near the event. Room was decent, bed was comfortable. They also had complimentary breakfast which was a delight. Amazing stay for a very reasonable price.
