The carpet was stained and pretty gross. The toilet paper holder fell apart. The door into the room would not seal, air could be seen. The sink in the bathroom was tiny. The toilet was so low it was painful to sit down and get up.

We were only there for one night. I was unaware there was a mountain view. I wish I had taken the time to explore the hotel. There was a low pitch humming sound in the room the entire stay. I didn't make the front desk aware. They may have been able to address it.

Beautiful modern interior hotel. Pool was immaculate, parking was ample. Multiple floors so be conscious of where you parked. Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly.

A very nice hotel. I was at this hotel during a busy weekend and the hotel was quiet. The room was extremely expensive because of the time of year and I canā€™t say it was worth $575 per night but I had no choice as there were no tiger rooms available in the area.

Beds are container and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Bathroom mirror needs to be cleaned. Pool area has water drainage problem on tile which was left for hours making the area slippery and disgusting.
