Bed was comparable to sleeping on the floor. If you like a super firm mattress, this is your place. Staff super friendly. Bathroom fan was grinding, very loud. Room could of been cleaner, tv screen was smeared with something, remote worked when it wanted to. Rooms need some maintenance. Pool area looked super clean. Convenient location. Price reasonable.

When I arrived, there was a note stating that they stepped out. I waited twenty minutes. I rang the doorbell twice and called the hotel number. So we left. We came back twenty minutes later. We got a smoky-smelling room with two queen beds. I registered for a king. We did an exchange of rooms and it was better.

The hot tub was closed, the pool water was stinky, our bathroom door didnt latch and there was still garbage under the nightstand when i arrived.

Convenient location right off the main drag. We had a nice stay. Property looked older but clean. Breakfast was minimalā€”cereal, yogurt and bagels etc, but nothing special. TV remote was hard to operate and quite touchy. The young woman working the front desk was friendly, efficient, and a ā€œJack of all tradesā€ā€”a real rockstar! She did a great job!! All in all, a pleasant one night stay.

Place was nice but daytime desk person was rude and quite distasteful for me.Everytime I had contact with he stated i dont really care,also tv reote would've workthe afternoon girlbat deak was very courteous and tried to fix yhe problem but it was never rectified in my opinion i should of had some reduction in my final bill ,but there was his statement i dont reallu care again nice place and town but was unhappy with the above reasons. iI bet every other room in the motel had tv that you could change the channels on

Not in the best condition or the cleanest hotel, but friendly staff and comfortable. There are so many bad hotels that charge more, this is just a good (not perfect) but affordable, comfortable, friendly hotel.

The beds are worse than county jail beds. So uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Room was dirty looking and dusty. Smelled funny too. Would not recommend

I paid for a room with a king size bed and got a room with 2 queens. The beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The towels were microfiber, the bathroom had yellow stains on the floor, there was no where to plug anything in at. The shower head was crusty and the air conditioner made a loud noise. Also breakfast sucked.

It was wonderful to be so close to the Music Festival. Check in and check out was great. The beds could be upgraded, although it was nice to be closer to the floor,rather than raised beds, but the mattresses seem a little out of date. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity too. The cucumber water looked amazing, when you entered the lobby. The interior was attractive and welcoming. We would stay again anytime!

My room smelled like cigarettes and the shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast was wonderful and the service was wonderful! For the price, it was not bad for 1 night.

The facility was in fair to good condition. Staff was cordial. It met our traveling needs. It would not be a destination hotel if we were vacationing. Folks should be aware there is no elevator. Towels were pitiful - so it was kind of funny there was a sign in rooms about theft of towels. As if. ;)

Our room smelled like urine. Not a little urine either. They have signs in the room letting you know they only have housekeeping on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays which makes you wonder whatā€™s happening the other days of the week. They are so worried you are going to steal their towels that they only provide one in a room and if you need one for the pool you have to check it out at the front desk and return it to them when done or there is a $20 charge. I donā€™t recommend the run down pool area either if they canā€™t afford cleaning products or towels for the rooms how can they possibly afford chlorine for the pool. This room was only $20 cheaper than the Hampton two nights earlier in Mount Pleasant which was amazingly clean and friendly. Skip this place pay the extra $20 and go to the Hampton Inn in Mt Pleasant where you get a warm cookie and a clean room/pool/hot tub.
