This was a fantastic stay. The room was gorgeous, the shower was fantastic, and the bed was wonderful. It was the best sleep we’ve had on our entire trip. The restaurant was also great. I highly recommend.

Our room is amazing! Huge, beautifully appointed, even a small tv in the bathroom. Very modern but comfortable. There is a casino across the parking lot.

I am a leukemia patient. My room was booked for me by the organizer of the Light the Night event at the Telus Spark Science Centre the evening of Oct 19th where I was an Honoured Hero. Even though the room was already paid for I was asked for a credit card when I arrived. I don't have a credit card & was told that because of that I could not be allowed access to my room. I asked to speak to a manager & was told that because it was a Saturday, there was no manager on duty. Only when the organizer of the event came and provided a credit card were we allowed to go to our room. We were made to feel less than human. It was awful & I sincerely hope this does not happen to anyone else whose life has been devastated by a deadly disease and fallen on hard times. To say we are extremely disappointed would be an understatement.
