Dan at the front desk here is Rockstar. Made some great recommendations, made checking in a <5 minutes process, was direct and to the point. The room itself was nice and clean, modern and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. There are some decent restaurants in the area(within 15 minute walk) and bonus is there are 3 excellent microbreweries about 10 minutes away. My only complaint would be the Fitness and Pool facilities... The Gym was 3 cardio machines and 1 cable machine from the 80s. I would recommend getting rid of the archaic cable machine and investing in a few adjustable benches and some dumbbells and kettlebells. Would be a world of difference. The pool itself was decent but the hottub was a warm bath and the jets barely put out.

Dan, who was on the afternoon desk, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to fulfill any requests we had. Also, the man on the morning shift was very helpful when there was an issue with noise from the train lights behind the hotel and he was able to contact the city and have it rectified promptly.

As soon as we entered the lobby, we felt welcomed. Both clerks were smiling and greeted us! The checkin process was flawless. The room was nice, too. It was large so my mother and I didn’t have to jump over each other, and the room looked as if it was recently remodeled. Parking was easy and free!

We enjoyed our stay here. We took the transit into downtown to explore which was very easy to do. The pool was nice for the kids and the breakfast had lots of options.
