We only stayed for one night. The staff were great and let us come in a little bit early. The location was accessible to everywhere we wanted to be. Great waffles at the breakfast! The room we were in was a little bit rundown, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable so perfect for one night.

Breakfast was an absolute debacle. They ran out of food constantly and people were getting very upset due to the poor service. Tables were dirty and no food was available for a significant portion of the time.

Very old rooms they could use updating. The tub did not drain/was clogged. Our key to our door was always not working and when we went to the front desk they asked if we were still here? Umm yea... you should have all the info and not be deactivating our card. Breakfast was a sh*t show. There was not enough food for everyone so they were rationing things. they would bring out 2 bananas/yogurt at a time so then everyone would swarm and push to get them. The kitchen staff were rude and over worked need 3 people on busy days. Warmer was not very warm the first 2 days so had luke warm eggs and sausage. The placement of the plates made no sense so people had to go in and out instead of a nice flow. Would not stay here again for the price.

Arrived at property and paid with my debit card the full fee. Had the damage deposit on my credit card. We stayed 2 nights and on departure found another full payment for the amount of the hotel stay added to my debit card again. I rang the hotel as we were half way home. Spoke to the manager who was not helpful and very rude. Said she couldn’t see any second payment. So I rang my bank. The bank assured me the payment had been taken twice as it shows on my account. They told me to action it as fraud. I asked if they could stop only one but they said no. I asked them not to do this so I could resolve with the hotel. Rang manager again who was even more rude telling me it couldn’t be true so I emailed my bank statement. She sent me back one receipt for the stay and said no other money has been taken out. I asked hoe to resolve this and said my bank had told me to action it as fraud. She said go ahead we can counteract it. She was very rude. I can’t find any computer service numbers for this hotel group. When I rang for the third time asking what will happen to my money she kept telling me to ring back in a week!
