The beds are hard as a rock. I’ve stayed 3 times cause it’s affordable but the beds are terrible. Very stiff. Pillows are nice. This last stay my back hurt really bad and I tossed and turned all night. I probably won’t return just for that reason. The room is always clean and cute. But my back can’t take it anymore .

They had my key waiting for me and when I walked into the room I was pleasantly surprised. My first thought was, “wow, this place smells great!” Later, as I looked around I marveled at how well the housekeeper does her job. (Because I know her name, I know she is a she…please calm down). Spotless, the room was. I stay in a lot of hotels…..The Yankee Clipper is the cleanest of the clean, in my opinion. Funny, it was also the least expensive. Well done!
Most of the bathrooms in hotels that I have seen don’t have corners this clean.

it was very clean motel. frank was so kind and helpful. one of the female workers was a little snippy the night before when i said i booked a room online she said "and what do you want me to do for you" i asked if she could check, she did but it didn't come through yet. we got everything sorted out
