Above Average, but not great
Just a one-nighter because of better price than my favorite local spot. I left early so did not have breakfast. It has a true motel feel, guessing noise might be a problem on other than week night. An outside light pierced louvered, wooden blinds - a curtain would have been better.

Needs a major renovation! Terrible!!
This hotel is so run down and smells of too much fake sent to try and cover up the moldy carpet and old air conditioners smell. Half the light bulbs were out in the room but doesnā€™t matter because the cheap Kmart lighting is also hideous. There are unsightly worn out issues everywhere. Inside and out. Needs a major renovation to put it mildly. Was going to take a bunch of pictures but just decided to never ever return. An absolute dump.

We enjoyed the pool to ourselves on a hot afternoon. We walked to Pruneyard for a great evening of trivia, beer and food. So much to enjoy so close by. The staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The price was great. The breakfast was much bigger than expected. Overall very happy with our stay.

Decent place and friendly staff
The hotel was conveniently close by as we need to be out of the house for redoing our wood floors. The room was clean and adequate but the outside stairs and walk ways needed extra cleaning from paper trash and cigarette butts. Close to downtown Campbell with tons of eateries and things to do.
