In the 6 days and 3 rooms we never did get our special welcome item- chocolate covered strawberries. There isn’t a lot to do other than swim or play on the beach. There is lots of food options but the food wasn’t great. It was ok. Overall it was a good experience, staff is really friendly and helpful but if you’re traveling with a party of 10 don’t expect to dine together. They cannot accommodate

The staff made our stay enjoyable, they were all attentive and happy to assist us. The property itself is need of overall repairs, many of the power outlets did not work at our room. Stains were noted through out the complete resort. Buffet food quality needs to improve as well as most of the offered cocktails which did not had much flavor. We were annoyed by some of the lobby staff attempting to sell us into getting their "access fiesta rewards" program presentation even after showing no interested on the offer, it got to a point that we felt uncomfortable walking at around the lobby area.

The room was an issue, we selected King bed woth partial ocean view but they did not have gave us the ocean view, now they changed to two queen bed joined as one so we could get ocean view but then no balcony….

This resort is great if its what youre looking for. What this resort is: Family oriented, quieter, quaint, relaxing, super friendly staff and great pools. What this resort is not: party place, tons of entertainment or night time entertainment. Its not super "luxurious" or overly romantic. So your experience will depend on what you want. We travelled with 2 younger kids and it was great. The food also definitely punches above its weight for a 4 star. The food here was better then several 5 star resorts ive been too in Mexico / Dominican. The options outside of the buffet are amazing and most days you will probably find you dont even need to eat lunch at the buffet.

Great service all throughout the facility. Most notably was our server by the pool JJ was very attentive and would check on us on a regular basis. Marlene was friendly and always made sure our room was stocked and clean.

The food was awful! I got food poisoning from one of the restaurants. I threw up all night. I requested to have my soap dispenser replenished multiple times and was ignored. I did their spa hydrotherapy package, it wasn’t great. The hydrotherapy was rushed and the beach view for the message was in the middle of general walking area. I would avoid this place.

Everything was ok except the dining. Even though the property had about 6 dining options plus a snack bar we were not able to enjoy more than three of those options if those three one was the buffet. All the restaurants are first come tu irte serve basis so no reservations were allowed. Even getting there early enough they will tell us to come back almost two hours later but with no guarantee to be serve. We tried several times in a couple of restaurants but we gave up so we ended up at the buffet.
