The property exceeded my expectations. The entertainment coordinators (Himen) and our butler (Aaron) were perfect. All the staff were kind, smiled, and accommodating. The sap was absolutely beautiful. The pictures of the rooms and property do not do this space justice. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. It made our honeymoon spectacular!! I can't wait to go back!

We visited last week and had a wonderful time! Although the room was a bit worn, it was very clean. Staff was excellent and the food was also great.

Great resort. Only improvement I see is increasing the number of chairs/cabanas in the beach as it was almost impossible to secure one as of 9:30am

Liked: food, drinks, beach, pools The room was unpleasant, there was no hot water for 3 days, we asked to move, they said there were no free rooms, on the fifth day of our stay a scorpion was running around the room, after they found the scorpion they moved us to a slightly better room

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. Amazing beach and loved their Spa treatment options specially the hydrotherapy. Few things they can do better-Food was okay, breakfast was good and live food prepared was also good, however, other options were limited. Most of the food in speciality restaurants was rotated in some form in buffet so if you are staying for longer you quickly run out of options. Also, I was super disappointed with the restaurant serving Mexican food in terms of menu and taste as i typically love Mexican food and high hopes from that one. Otherwise the resort is very nice.
