The location is always key and Sandringham has that locked away! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, courteous, and amazingly kind. My only regret is that my stay was too short

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was on a busy street, our room was quiet and safe. The English breakfast was delicious. Everything was very easily walkable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Was perfect for my one night stay. Reception was very friendly, shower was nice hot, great water pressure. Slept great and was really quiet overnight. If you struggle with stairs, maybe not for you, or request a lower floor, but otherwise perfect for short stay in Cardiff. Couldn't believe how much was on doorstep, stadiums and arena one direction, castle in the other, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very short walk from train station too. If I was seeinf another event at the nearby arena I would stay again.
