Great location, only 15 minutes in the Cardiff centre. Nice quiet hotel. Evening food was great and the breakfast was very good

Worst night sleep ever. The room door rattled all night. On arrival was met by a mountain of dirty sheets and empty bottles of wine outside the room. I am leaving feeling exhausted and have to drive tired for over 2 hours - angry, exhausted and dissatisfied

Stay was okay just spoilt by the unexpected parking charge. Which I did manage to get refunded after a head company complaint as App just states parking available. No details of any charges.

No hot water
No hot water in the morning, no TV remote, phone in the room didn't work. Otherwise things were ok. I did report this to the hotel in the morning and 'yes others did say the same'.... I'm staying here to deliver a course and having a shower in the morning before I deliver a course is kind of essential for presentation and professionalism. The lack of shower didn't start me off correctly for my day which was the point of staying closer opposed to commuting both mornings. I should have driven instead.
