This inn is located right outside of Carlsbad Caverns National Park. You can't beat the location and convenience to get to the park! This is a no frills place, but it is clean, and the staff is friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay on the Front door to Carlsbad
This is a nice little motel. They have a water park attached which is fun for the kids. Unfortunately it's only open from like 1:00 to 7:00. The staff was super friendly Merry courteous and answered all of our questions about Carlsbad galleries which I'm truly answered 100 times already with grace and patience. The one issue we have was that our door lock didn't seem to work correctly. I reported it to the front desk and they didn't really seem to care. Also we have a question clean towels and for some reason housekeeping didn't get that word so we had to go ahead and get clean towels ourselves from the front desk. They offer a fun little Continental breakfast ie cold cereal package muffins and some fruit in the morning which is in bed if you're in a grab a bill on your way out.

Nice Hotel
part of a family trip. Great place for kids and decent pool for "adults". Breakfast was not rememberable but was provided. Warning....on place to eat in town and it closed at 3p. Eat before coming to hotel...or stay in Carlsbad. 20 miles each way.

Continent to Carlsbad Caverns but 20 miles from the City and that’s where you have to go for any dining or other shopping. Lots of potential but many things didn’t work or were closed.

The size of the rooms where quite large. It had a nice grassy area for the dogs to run around on. One of the cleanest motels ive ever stayed in. Very convenient to the carlsbad caverns

The room was spacious and spotless! Perfect spot if you are going to see Carlsbad Caves, which you must. Where it is located, there is NO food. The only restaurant closes at 3, so you have to drive way back to the town of Carlsbad which we were exhausted and didn’t want to do. (No place would deliver) Have lots of snacks or eat before you get to the hotel. Has a fantastic little water park.

This property has very large rooms. It is the closest hotel/motel to Carlsbad Caverns. The only negative is it could have more outlets or some USB ports.

A bit run down but clean
Having doors going directly outside had a lot of dragonflies come in the room. Room was big. On the shabby end but pretty clean. Tv is crap the picture was terrible. Not many channels. Bed was comfy. Wonderful location with it being right at the entrance to carlsbad caverns. Would stay one night but not 2. There just is no restaurants except the one thats open 8 to 3 and it was honestly some of the worse food ive ever had. It was breakfast. They do have a continental breakfast at the hotel. Cereal and muffins. The pool was good slides were fun. The mushroom and pirate ship part was pretty grimey with algae and slippery. Good for a one night stay. But just nothing close by for 2.

We stayed here during our visit to the caverns with a dog and 3 kids. Overall the property was ok - perks were location to the National park (literally outside of the entrance) and room size. Our room unfortunately didn’t feel clean - the floors left our soles of our feet black and it just didn’t feel like it got cleaned well prior to our arrival. The water park area had pretty bad algae growth which my kids slipped on a few times. They loved the slides though. Overall the proximity to the National park was a win and the property felt safe which was nice. The restaurant was also fun to hit on our way to the caverns.
