I should start by saying I booked Oz Luxury for 4 nights, on my way from the airport I saw that I’d been given the option to upgrade to Oz Hotel junior suite. Oz luxury setting was perfect except the room size, it felt like an airport hotel. In the morning I was transferred to Oz Hotel 2 minutes away! Staff were super polite, the breakfast was a good 8/10 and the location was super convenient. I’d definitely recommend Oz Hotel.

The property is nice. The rooms are very clean. The only thing they are a bit small perfect for solo travel and I wish the property had a pool. However, the beach is literally one block away so that wasn’t much of a complaint. The staff was amazing very friendly. The food is great. It’s in a safe location with plenty to do, definitely will visit again

THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL, IT WASNT CLEAN, CHECK IN WAS VERY OLD SCHOOL. FRONT DESK DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH, THEY GAVE ME ONE TOWEL AND THE TOWEL WAS DIRTY. THE DUDES AT THE BAR WAS NICE, BREAKFAST STATION WASNT CLEAN AT ALL FRUITS HAD BUGS FLYING ON THEM AND ALL. REQUESTED TOWELS, TOWELS NEVER CAME 2/10

This was a continuation of our stay. The hotel had switched us from their luxury hotel to this hotel so it’s hard for me to describe what would have been different. The breakfast was okay and could have been better. The rooms were spacious but they didn’t have any views.

The hotel exchanged our hotel. We had booked the OZ Luxury Hotel but they put us up at the OZ Hotel. I couldn’t tell what was going on and we don’t know if they provided better breakfast or something else. The breakfast selections were okay but could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful.
