Great hotel situated a 5 minute walk from bocagrande beach Decent size room with big beds Good wifi Lovely hot shower ( not always the case in south america) No pool but their sister hotel has a lovely Terrace area to relax after a days activities in cartagena Breakfast fairly basic but adequate Hotel is guest friendly Special mention to the lovely Maria , wonderful Andrea & Beautiful Sheyla who all spoke great english

This was my 2nd stay here and it was amazing! They are very accomodating. I referred a friend to stay and he liked it as well. When I go to Cartagena, this will be my 1st option. The staff was friendly and nice. It was an enjoyable experience.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room is really nice and modern.The breakfast buffet was well done. They could use a tour desk. A pool would have been nice but for the money the hotel is worth it. All in all I will return next time I'm in Cartagena

Everything was great. The staff were amazing except the newer staff wasn’t that helpful. The veteran staff was great and will come back because of them. Girls at the front desk were drop dead gorgeous.

The only issue I had was with the Hot water in my room while my friend had no issues but that doesn't take away from the amazing experience I had staying at this facility with the amazing staff. The staff was patient in every aspect and assisted me with everything I needed with no hesitation. It will be exceedingly difficult to stay anywhere else on my numerous trips to Cartagena Colombia so this has become my go to hotel for all my stays in this city. The hotel is not only within walking distance to the beach but it also has various stores in walking distance to supply you with everything you may need and if you are unsure the staff is more than willing to assist you with directions.

Great stay overall. Shower water temperature is inconsistent and the flow is weak. Wash basin is weirdly shaped. And watch out - the laundry prices are exorbitantly high- higher than New York prices!!
