Everything good except cleanliness. One. The toilet seat behind the cover had some old pee trace (yellow mark). Our pillow, all of them, were stinky from sweat. Must be from previous visitor. Like, really stinky. Everything else were really good, close to plaza to get food, amenities, easy transport, etc

We stayed here for two nights as a stopover after our long flight from the UK. It is close to the Changi airport and the MRT station (which has a free shuttle bus to and from Pasir Ris to Downtown East). Downtown East is a big shopping mall with loads of authentic restaurants and the usual junk food outlets. The water park was excellent and for S$60 for a family of 3 it was great value and not busy. My only gripe was that although I booked a room for 2 adults and a child, the room only had a double bed. I then had to pay an extra S$109 for a mattress on the floor for 2 nights. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to break up the long haul flights to Oz, NZ and a far.

Its basically a youth camp packaged as a hotel. Very basic amenities, no microwave, no kettle. There's a little water filtering machine that can go up to 98c for coffe n tea, and thats it. Air con can only go up to 21c, and it was way too hot for us to have a decent sleep the 1st night. Only then, reception sent a staff to specially set it to 20c for us. Water pressure is hopeless, couldnt have a decent shower the 3 nights we were there :( On the other hand, staff are friendly and helpful. We do like it the fact that its close to waterpark.

The room was nice, however there are communal BBQs outside every room and people were having parties late into the night with singing, kids screaming, loud noises - someone was even using a megaphone! This was while we were trying to sleep off jetlag. It was impossible to sleep. A very bad layout. Also, you have to pay extra to get into the waterpark. What a ripoff. Tickets should be included in the room price. The room had no cutlery or crockery and only one chair (for a 4 bed room) so we were unable to eat meals in our room. There wasn't any dishwashing detergent to wash our mugs.

This hotel was an affordable transit option at Changi Airport. The in-terminal hotel options were too expensive. It was nice to get out of the airport to stay overnight in Singapore, but still be close to Changi. Grab/Uber service was only SGD15 each way.

Accommodation was clean and area very quiet. Would be great if you had kids as the water park is right next door. If you are travelling and catching trains to Singapore tourist attractions there is a 20 minute walk to the nearest Train Station (Pasir Ris - last stop on the Green Line) so be prepared to put your walking shoes on! A limited shuttle bus to the station does run from Downtown East Shopping Centre also. Lovely walking paths around area too. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for those that like to get their steps up each day.
