There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. There were multiple people that had been waiting there for 3 hours. Guests mentioned that the woman who was supposed to be at the front desk looked out of it, possibly intoxicated before she left. There was a guest who had to call multiple people in order to get service at the front desk. Managers phone went straight to voicemail. Head of housekeeping and one other answered their phone. The man that was working this morning (according to other guests) had to come back in to run the front desk. He was very kind and professional.

Nice staff, clean room, breakfast includes meat, eggs etc NOT just cereal and bread items that hypoglycemic and the growing number of diabetics can't eat.. Nice of them to care. Large selection of TV channels too including HBO etc.

This is my go-to motel any time I stay in Casper. It's clean, quiet, close to where I work, and I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful when needed. No reason to pay more anywhere else!

Good for a quick trip
Older hotel, need some maintenance. The staff were great, everyone was helpfuland friendly at all times! They served a great breakfast, dining is very small so we ate in the room. Very cramped room and bathroom, bed was uncomfortable, poor lighting in the room entrance.
