Indigo with a clean hotel in s convenient location. The check-in process was less than stellar since I was told I would receive a call or text when my room was ready and did not. I finally checked in at 4 PM to find my room had been ready for a couple of hours. Since I was in a hurry to make an event on time, I asked if I could leave my car in the ball area area after unloading for 45 mins and was told “no, we expect to be busy.” I Then rushed back downstairs to move the car in a hurry, and not a soul was driving up to check in then or when I left 30 mins later. The fitness room was better than average, and the location was convenient to downtown. The rooms were on the smaller side, and the bathrooms were very small.

My main issue is that the bathroom tub was clogging. The hotel house keeping knew it was clogging they just choose to wipe the tub out instead of having someone fix the issue. Dirt floating around your feet while showering is unsettling.

Maid service was poor. Coffee cleanup was not done. Mugs were left on the desk and coffee cup with cold coffee on night stand was not removed. No new coffee pods. Toilet didn't flush very well. Room card was cancelled after the first night of a 2 night stay.

My wife and I always stay at the Indigo hotel when we visit Charleston.The front staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is convenient for us since we love to go to both historic downtown Charleston and also Isle of palms beach and also other places..so this hotel is centrally located in that you can easily jump on the highway and get to these places in less than 20 minutes (dependent on traffic/rush hour,etc.).Plus the pool is heated and designed nicely for leisure!!! They also have a large and well lighted parking lot which always feels comfortable and secure. The rooms are always clean and the beds are really comfortable.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Short drive across the bridge to Charleston which was handy. Great pool, bar and restaurant for unwinding after long days. Rooms were nice, had a small problem with the toilet (which happens), but this was fixed quickly and efficiently by the staff. Plenty of parking, would stay here again.
