The hotel was very nice. I stayed in one of the premium rooms, and it was perfect. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The location is ideal. Everything you need is right there, and the view of the bridge is beautiful.

Was afraid for my well-being. There were a lot of tenants arguing and knocking at my door. I stayed for 5 nights and my room was only cleaned once. There were a lot of barking dogs. There were bugs in my room. The appliances were rusted, the furnitures were in poor condition with stains.

We had a room above the pool. Do not recommend if you want quiet. Very noisy where we were located. Pool closes at 10pm however there were guest talking and playing music well into the night past midnight so staff may want to be a little more strict about that. Otherwise fairly clean room with hot water and clean sheets.

First room, deluxe king, what a joke. Dirty and dingy. Broken fixtures and clearly missing pictures from walls. No coffee pot. Night clerk was nice enough to switch me rooms but oh no were all booked except for platinum deluxe rooms. So for an upcharge i got a slightly less dingy and broken room. In room coffee disnt work and recieved no replacement. Hot water has two setting ice cold or melt your face off. Had actual roaches on floor. Pictures on website do not accurately depict property. Staff was at least friendly. Pool was good to go. Location is nice.

This property should be at a '0' rating but can't comment unless it gets a '1'. The only benefit was the locations The fluorescent tube lighting over the sink needed to be replaced as it was constantly flickering. The overall lighting was minimal (one overhead light) and 1 on the desk- that's it! There was no coffee maker, no iron, no plastic bags even in the wastebasket! The sheets smelled old and musty When I went down to the office to ask that the sheets be changed -it was like I was asking for the impossible- they claimed there was no cleaning service on the weekends. There were absolutely no amenities-not even a box of Kleenex! The towels were cheap and shabby- but clean. The bathroom had long strands of hair on the floor The room was filthy. Dust balls in the corners, etc Do not stay here!

Friendly staff , they were very helpful for whatever the need and want may have been. They were just like family. And everyone of them seemed to be on the same page, when it came to the motel/ hotel.

Dirty lobby, dirty rooms. We get the key to chek the rooms and there was a couple right in front of our room just sitting there smoking weed. We immediately got in the car and went out to look for another hotel. After 20 minutes we returned to cancel our 3-day reservation and get at least the cost of 2 nights back, but the lady at the front desk smiled and told us that we could leave but that there would be no refund and that we should claim it from Expedia, which we did, but we still haven't received any response from Expedia. The owners of that hotel are definitely very unprofessional and the whole experience with Expedia was very disappointing! I don't recommend it at all.
