This location was really safe and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was really good. The manager went above and beyond mailing out items that were left behind to me since I live out of state. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here one night when we were passing through on our way to spend a day in historic Charleston. The location is convenient - close to the main highway, but far enough away to be quiet. Everything seemed clean and well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable, aside from the fact that the cleaning staff had left the a/c turned off (and it was 90 degrees outside) , so our room was 86 degrees when we arrived. We turned the a/c on and it quickly cooled down so we were able to go to sleep. Breakfast was the best we've seen in a comparable hotel with many options, including salsa and spinach for the scrambled eggs, vegetarian sausage patties, and a plethora of toppings for oatmeal and yogurt. The shower was clean with good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 25 minute drive to historic Charleston. It was a pleasant stay and we would return if we come to the area again.
