Great little spot!
The house is newly renovated and immaculate. The location has pros that itā€™s in a quiet neighborhood for the most part (no bars or clubs outside at night). It is a bit of a walk to get to the shopping and restaurants on King St. but we didnā€™t mind that. There are actually multiple good places to eat within a 5 minute walk of the house. Off-street parking was a big plus. Really easy to access the house from the highway too. Overall, it was a perfect weekend.

Great location, great home!
This property was beautifully decorated and was in a great location. It was about a 10 minute walk to King Street and close to great shops, restaurants, etc. There are 2 parking spots available which was very nice to have. The area was quiet even with the proximity to the highway, we all enjoyed restful sleep here! There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite baths, along with 2 more bedrooms with a jack & jill bath between them. Great property for a large group!

Family Time
Our stay in the Aster House was great. The house was a comfortable fit for my family of six. Only problem was parking. With the Aster house we was told we had two parking spaces, but our car was scatch from neighbors trying to park.

This place was in a great location because it was 20 min to all other areas but close to main attractions downtown. It was a little loud for sleep being downtown however.. The management company was great to work with when we had a slight issue of a bed not being clean. They took great care of us and there were no issues the rest of the week!

Parking a huge challenge
The house itself was well kept, appointed and spacious. The 2nd floor HVAC system was incredibly loud and the driveway to get to the house hard to find and EXTREMELY narrow. Parking is tight and very challenging for large cars or SUVs.

Perfect for Bachelorette Parties!
We had a group of 10 girls there for a bachelorette party and the house was great!! We had the perfect number of beds and 3 full bathrooms was great for getting ready. Location was ideal, as everything we wanted to go to downtown was about a 15 minute walk. Check-in was great and they worked with us to accommodate us a couple hours early which gave us just enough time to decorate before the bachelorette arrived. The host was very easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and organized and set up with towels and toiletries. Check out was easy, as all we had to do was take out the trash. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice place but parking is iffy
House is very nice and an ok location, but not the charming neighborhood I had pictures. Itā€™s in an up and coming area but still some run down areas here and there. House itself is beautiful but itā€™s advertised as having 2 off street parking spaces. Luckily we were there during the week in off season so there was no one else parking in the area. However, be aware that parking (and the home) are down a very tight alley. We had a car and an SUV. There is very little room to maneuver even when the lot is empty - it would have not been manageable if all of the spots were being used. It is VERY tight so just plan for this. Also, the down stairs master bedroom does not have curtains on the window/door. There are pull down blinds and they do not cover the length of the windows (the shades are set down from the top so the open area is on top) which allows a sight line from the second story floor of the neighboring house and keeps the room from being dark for sleeping. We had to rig a comforter over the window for our stay to allowed for darkness. There were the two issues I would want to share. Overall the house is new and really nice. Spacious and clean.

AMAZING!
This house was absolutely so cute! Exactly like the pictures! It was big enough for 11 girls to stay comfortably. The beds were all so comfortable and the blankets so soft. Although, parking was difficult at times but resolved by the end of the day and this house is tucked away, I would stay here every time I visit Charleston. Super close to Upper King Street to walk or just a short Uber away. We had a great weekend and this house really was the icing on the cake!

Nice
Recent property that offers many perks. Three nice bathrooms, good closet space, good washer-dryer, good location. Negatives include a dreadful dishwasher (leaves dishes as dirty as when they went in), ultra-noisy HVAC (though it cools well), TV that doesn't connect, missing iron, and limited kitchen equipment. Parking situation is very tight and not really clear: poorly marked spaces and no enforcement.
