Everyone I dealt with from Jack, Nigel, reception girls and breakfast to lunch had been so wonderful. Definitely will stay again. Shuttle plus free parking was worth it. My flight was delayed for hours so got picked up by Jack and back to hotel. Very courteous service and very attentive. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I was a solo traveler. Got my rental from RADs rental 5 mins walk from the hotel and picked up a bargain. Don’t need to spend Hefty amount $ at airport for rentals. The room was so big with 3 beds. Comfy beds, nice fresh towels, clean bathroom. Thank you Brentwood hotel for making my stay here so memorable.

It was affordable for us - 2A, 1C - compared to other hotels in Wellington If the conditions of the bathroom can be lifted, it would make for a very pleasant stay The extractor fan didn't work Didnt also see any air conditioning unit in the room

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 1st room was dark, stunk & mouldy curtains and litter left under the bed - moved to 2nd room - bed was not made under cover was ripped and the mattress covered in stains - absolutely yuk. Moved to third room stank as well - mouldy curtains and the toilet was broken - had to use the bucket from the bathroom trash to use the toilet. Badly needed a plumber. Not to mention the stained ceiling tiles - torn wallpaper etc. would not advise to stay.

Beds were super comfortable. Room clean and tidy. Yes it’s an older building with furnishings to match but we had the best sleep after a long drive and for the price we paid at a time where Wellington had influx of crowds we couldn’t be more grateful. Free airport pickup and close proximity to the airport is good. Close to food and supermarkets. Tired damaged room, 600 block. Many portions of the hotel showing age, paint issues. Noisy in high winds, banging door and airplane noise.

Great airport shuttle service, lovely helpful staff who let us check in early. The room had everything we needed and was clean.
