We stayed here over Christmas and asked about getting a bigger room when we arrived. (Not for free) and were told were none available even though I had just looked online and saw there was. The rates online were also a lot cheaper than when I originally booked. There was hardly anyone staying at the hotel the entire time so I was confused as to why we couldn’t have another room. The restaurant or bar was not open which we feel should have been relayed to us upon booking. We choose hotels that have bars for this reason. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known this. Next time we travel to Charlotte we will pick another place.
