Staff on first night were amazing! The property is not what it used to be. The carpets are putrid with stains everywhere and in dire need of replacing. The bathroom lacking in ventilation, the shower is either full.force or nothing and floods out the door of the shower. I had previously stayed here before covid and enjoyed my stay. Years later, I would not stay here again.

the bed was so soft. We didn't have a phone in our room. The waterfall showerhead was on the side of the shower, so you had to press up to the wall to get wet. Facilities outside of the room were quite good.

The hotel is three star standard - no way is it 4.5 stars. Staff were lovely. But they were understaffed at breakfast so couldn’t keep up with the service. Breakfast food was good quality. But the room condition was quite frankly awful. Paint falling off the walls, mould on the bathroom tiles. Curtains looked like they were 30 year old. I booked a queen room but ended up with single beds. Room service finished at 9pm and there was only maccas or KFC to chose from for food. Fine if it had a 3 star rating. Awful for 4.5 star.
