When in the US, we stay in this hotel regularly. While staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable, some things are not maintained well. Things that don't cause me to not stay there but things that you notice. For example, the shower head moved too much and was hard to adjust. The light switch panel was completely loose as well as the sink faucet head. Stain on the carpet. And on two separate stays we have had a stink bug in our room. The other nuisance things are not having a microwave since they took them out because of people not using them properly and only having the room cleaned every three days. We stay here because it is very convenient when visiting family, it has a small gym and it is a decent size room for the price. Breakfast is a good variety of foods too.

We stayed at this hotel for business purposes on Christmas Day and had a pleasant experience. Check-in was quick and easy, with cookies offered at the counter, though there is a $50 deposit required at check-in. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas theme, adding a cheerful touch to our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and although there was no microwave, I used the one near the breakfast area. The breakfast was great, with options including halos, apples, bananas, waffles, eggs, chicken patties, French toast, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, toast, cream cheese, butter, milk, orange juice, lemonade, and coffee. Around 8 a.m., I received a text reminding me to check out by 12, with the option to reply via text to confirm when I would be out. The pool area was enclosed and included a small jacuzzi.
