Great value spa hotel with good tourism nearby
Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

Un beau cadre
Je ne sais si c'est un hôtel ou une résidence de location d'appartements meublés. L'appartement que nous avons loué est grand, confortable, propre, avec 2 grands balcons équipés de table et chaises (et une belle vue sur la ville et la campagne alentour). Il y a aussi une cuisine équipée mais il n'y a pas de ménage quotidien comme dans un hôtel. Il faut nettoyer la cuisine et vider sa poubelle pour éviter une facturation supplémentaire, comme dans un meublé. Un dépôt de garantie de 250€ est d'ailleurs demandé à l'arrivée. La salle de bain n'est pas adaptée à une personne ayant des problèmes de mobilité. La baignoire n'est pas antidérapante et il n'y a aucune barre de maintien. L'établissement propose, entre autres, des cures prévention santé en rhumatologie; j'espère que le logement proposé à ces curistes est mieux adapté. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans l'appartement et qu'il y a un grand parking extérieur (avec bornes de charge électrique) payant.

Hôtel confortable et agréable
Arrivée vers 18h nous avons pris le supplément spa à 29e par personne sachant qu'il fermait à 20h, confirmé avec l hotesse. A 19h l ensemble des jets se sont arrêté car quelqu'un a décidé de changer les filtres et ce n est jamais reparti....la personne qui surveillait le spa était tres embêtée. Un geste commercial aurait été bienvenu. Au petit déjeuner, j ai gentiment signalé à la serveuse que le beurre salé etait périmé. Quand elle en a ramené elle m a dit "il n y a que celui qui fait rien qui ne se trompe pas". Lors de notre arrivée, c était un peu panique à bord, car nous benificiions d une nuit gratuite ( nuit Rewards) et personne ne savait quoi faire. A part cela, l hôtel est confortable, agréable, tres bien situé. Le spa est propre, grand, bien organisé. Nous sommes prêts à revenir en espérant trouver un personnel plus compétent et plus professionnel.

bien pour une halte de qq jours
Séjour d'une nuit dans ce resort réservé plutôt pour les curistes mais nous souhaitions un hôtel de cette gamme et c'était le seul disponible à cette date. Il s'agit d'un appart'hôtel avec kitchenette. Parfait si on ne souhaite pas aller au restaurant. La seule contrainte est de laisser la cuisine propre, mais il n'y avait pas d'éponge ni de liquide vaisselle; on nous a dit que c'était parce que nous n'étions restés qu'une seule nuit. et de descendre les poubelles. Sinon, j'endroit est parfait, en ville mais au calme. Si nous voulons bénéficier du SPA, il faut payer 29 euros/personne (de mémoire). L'équipe administrative est efficace et sympathique.

Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits mais avons décidé de quitter après 4. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées et en pleine canicule nous avons très mal dormi. Les appartements sont bien, mais aucun savon à vaisselle, produit nettoyant et papier de toilette limité. La piscine n'est pas accessible aux enfants et supplément $ pour les adultes. Je n'avais peut-être pas pris le temps de bien lire les commentaires sur cet "hôtel", mais disons que nous avons été décu.

Le personnel à l'accueil est très agréable et arrangeant, et cherche des solutions aux problèmes. L appartement est confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est bien avec des produits frais, mais sans les jus de fruits promis... Il s'agit plus d'un centre thermal que d'un hôtel ou appart'hôtel avec spa, donc attention, l'accès au spa et à la piscine sont soumis au paiement d'un soin à partir de 47€ par personne, pas clair sur le site hotel.com ! J'avais demandé par téléphone s'il y avait de quoi garer des vélos, il m'a été répondu que oui, sur place on me dit de les garer dans une lingerie, ce qui m'a value une remarque désobligeante et agressive d'une employé me disant que les vélos n'avaient rien à faire là et qu'il fallait les placer sous les escaliers. Il n'y a donc pas d'endroit dédié aux vélos. Donc bel endroit pour faire une cure thermale, moins adapté pour un séjour de tourisme.

Séjour pour affaires écourté : pas de clim et avec une chambre à plus de 30 degrés impossible de dormir, je suis partie plus tôt que prévu. Horaires de réception limités. Expérience désagréable, je ne recommande pas si vous vous attendez à un hôtel classique. Sans compter que la piscine (pour laquelle j'avais choisi l'hôtel) n'est accessible que l'après-midi en prenant un accès payant au spa et qu'il n'y a pas de fitness center.

Parfait pour curistes, frustrant pour touristes...
Hôtel résidence neuf, propre, bien équipé chambre spacieuse, balcon très agreable. Décoration moderne et étonnamment fidèle à l'esprit Art déco de la station thermale. Comme demandé ( contact téléphonique très sympathique), les enfants ont eu deux lits séparés dans la chambre (un peu petits), et pour nous le canapé du séjour, rapidement convertible et assez confortable. Le bémol concerne la piscine mentionnée dans le descriptif : elle fait partie des prestations du spa thermal qui n'est accessible qu'aux plus de 16 ans et seulement si on paye un soin (cher). Impossible se prélasser simplement une heure après une journée de tourisme. Cela reste donc un complexe moderne très vaste, commercial, donc plus froid et sans l'âme des hôtels plus vieillots de la ville. Il faut choisir...
