I would give a 5 star review but there’s no elevator (which is a minor inconvenience no big deal) there were a few hairs on the shampoo station of the shower that weren’t mine and the biggest thing is the single ply Scott’s toilet paper…my tush just is not used to that 😂

we arrived late and only as a stop over. the place was dark and people lingering around in hallways and outside. in our room, the lights did not work in the bedroom nor bathroom. concirerge was unconcerend. took dog out for a walk, stepped in puke....not pleasent.

Good location to get around tennessee
We were in town for family and this was a nice easy to get around location. For the price this was surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Near lots of restaurants and Dairy Queen too.

I really would like to give a higher rating, but the property is showing its age. First for the things that were good. The lobby was extremely inviting and extra clean. The clerk was knowledgeable and check-in was extra quick. We were moved to a room that opened to the pool area on the first floor. The room was very nice—clean with the best pillows and towels. The coffee service was a nice touch along with microwave. We slept until almost checkout time in the AM, so I cannot comment on the grab-and-go breakfast that looked nice. Now for what needs to be addressed. The area around the facility is showing signs of age and appears unkept. Flower beds and shrubs needs upgrading. It gives a poor first impression when you approach the property. The pool was terrible. The paint on the walls and floor had black spots all over it and made the pool look dirty. The area around the pool had overgrown grass and furniture was scattered all over the area. We had to get someone to open pool at 3:00 pm. The towels they brought out to the pool were nice. I am not sure the water had been treated even. I would stay again if the outside was more inviting.

Our stay was very pleasant, our room was clean but the only thing we found not very welcoming was the landscaping around the pool area is very poorly kept. The chairs were all over the place, garbage from other guest around the pool but we made the best of it and enjoyed it.😊
