The shower water was cold and took 3 minutes to warm up and then would get really hot or cold throughout. There was no headboard on the bed and the wall was cold.

Our host, Izzy, was absolutely THE best. She is very knowledgable about Invercargill and the surroundng area including the charming village of Bluff. The motel is spotlessly clean. Our stay was was great!

The hotel has added some new units behind the main hotel, and we stayed there. Quiet, clean, and brand new. Ours was an ā€œaccessibleā€ room, so very open shower and low countertops. All good. Parking right by our room. A very nice stay!

This was a GREAT property! Izzy (the owner) was so sweet and helpful! The Studio had everything we needed down to the kitchenette! The bed was comfortable with heating pads and all! Jacuzzi bathtub! Would stay here again if ever back in Invercargill!
