We had 6 people and they didn’t have sheets or pillows for the roll out couch and then they gave us a blanket that felt more like a curtain it was so rough. My husband asked for pillows and they said we don’t have any you have to take them off the beds and use them but we had people in both beds so that wasn’t fair.

Not the best, not awful. Just not a place I’d go again. If you need somewhere to rest your head and nothing else, use this place. Otherwise spend the lil extra and get a nicer hotel.

The couch in the room was dirty and nasty from who knows what!!!! Stained with all sorts of who knows what. It should have been removed or replaced. Made me nervous as to what the beds were really like.

The breakfast was good. I did not like the first room that they put me in because it was dirty, shower dripping, and it had a musty smell. I called the front desk to get towels and was told to go find housekeeping because she was not coming to my room for a while to bring me any. My $50 deposit was not returned, and I was told that I only had to pay $10 when I arrived at the hotel, but I was told that I had to give them a $25 service fee. I checked out a day early, but I did not receive my money back ($95 plus taxes). Staff was not friendly at all will not stay at this hotel again.

We love staying here and that is why I give all 5 stars but Brooke has a HORRIBLE attitude and hung up on hotels. Com 2 times when they were trying to solve an issue. Only problems we ever have are with her.
