I have traveled to Norfolk multiple times over the last few years. This hotel is by far one of the cleanest and affordable ones I have ever been to. Keep up the good work. Nothing fancy, but just right.

Breakfast although was complimentary was not fresh. The first room had mold in the tub and at the ac unit. They did move us to another room on another floor and that was satisfactory.

The leather on the furniture in the lobby was severely cracked and old, the coffee was delicious but the breakfast was subpar. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious.

It’s an average hotel. Everyday basic cleaning was fine, but our room had gross brown stains or smudges on the wall, as well as in the bathroom on the wall & the ceiling in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty up & down by the doorknob that was quite noticeable. It wasn’t stocked well enough for 4 people; there were only 3 pillows (half size pillows) on each bed, & only 3 towels in the bathroom (we are a family of 4). The beds were comfortable. The walls are thin; each night we heard people in the next room or out in the hallway. The service was good at front desk- very friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and the people were very friendly. Some furniture needed to be refurbished. The pool was good. The bed was very comfortable. We had a nice stay.

Peaceful stay with very attentive staff
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast selection. As soon as i came out of the elevator, i could smell the potatoes which were awesome staff was very friendly and quick to help where needed. Pool and hot tub were both very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Old Not Renovated
Very old hotel beeds to be renovated..Furniture very outdated and old carpet...Showers need to be replaced mold and mikdew around the showers and throughout the rooms... Go to more up dated hotel definitely not worth the price
